Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
Short version: PassThePlan has no accounts and no database of your personal information. Your plans are kept on your own device, and we can’t read them. We don’t collect, sell, or track your personal data.
Information we collect
We don’t ask for or collect personal information — no name, email, phone number, or account. The plans and reminder settings you create are kept on your own device, not on our servers in any form we can read. If you clear the app’s data or remove a plan, it’s gone — there’s no copy for us to restore.
Your plans stay private
Your plans are encrypted on your device before they’re shared, so their contents aren’t visible to us or to our hosting providers. Opening a shared plan needs both the link and a separate code that you send yourself — only people you give both to can read it, and that code is never shared with us.
Technical information
Like any website or app, our hosting providers automatically process basic technical data (such as an approximate location, IP address, and the time of a request) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse, under their own privacy terms. We don’t use this to identify or track you, and we add no analytics or tracking of our own.
No tracking
- No accounts, names, emails or passwords.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
- No selling or sharing of your personal data with third parties.
Advertising
The app may show ads to support the service. No third-party advertising network is integrated in this version, so no advertising data is collected today. If we add advertising in future, it may collect data under its own privacy policy, and we’ll update this page before that happens.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, they’re scheduled and shown by your own device. No reminder information is sent to us or anyone else.
Children
PassThePlan is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
